Refer a friend is a fantastic way of rewarding you for introducing your friends to Remote and our Employer of Record (EOR) service. We understand the power of word of mouth and want to reward you for spreading the word about Remote. It’s easy, too – just register your email address to get your unique referral link or use your exclusive referral code that can be quoted over the phone.

Earning cash with Refer a friend is easy. First, you’ll need to get your referral link.

1. Sign up - Visit the Refer a friend portal and click on “Get your referral link now” button, and follow the on screen instructions to get your personal referral link and create a referral account.
2. Refer a Friend - After you sign up you will be given your personal referral link to share with friends. Simply share this link, using some of the share-links on screen or however you see fit. Once shared we will take care of the rest and let you know once you qualify for the reward.
3. Earn your reward - If your friend successfully signs up to Remote, we will notify you by email immediately that your referral account is credited with the $300!
   In order to check the status of your referral, sign in to your referral account with Remote’s referral partner, Aklamio here and go to “Dashboard”.
   Once your friend runs two successful payrolls of our Employee of Record (EOR) service, we’ll email you again to tell you that the referral was validated & your reward is ready to be claimed.
4. Claim your reward - Sign into your referral account above the referral portal, go to “Balance”, click Paypal transfer and enter your Paypal credentials. Easy as that.
   Bear in mind the transfer to your own Paypal account in some cases may take up to 1-2 business days.

You can share either our Employer of Record service or our Contractor Management services.

Please note: If your friend does not complete two successful payrolls then unfortunately the referral will be rejected.

Start referring your friends!

Referring friends to Remote means you can pocket plenty of cash rewards. If your referrals are successful, you can earn $300 for each successful referral to Remote’s Employer of Record service and $50 per successful contractor management sign up! And what’s more, you can refer as many friends as you like!

You can refer as many of your friends as you like. Just make sure they are new customers and don’t already use Remote.

Remember that you’ll only get a reward for successful referrals, meaning your friend has to complete two success payrolls with our Employer of Record (EOR) service.

You can check out an overview of your referrals, their status, and the rewards you’ve earned by signing in to your referral account with Remote’s referral partner, Aklamio. Just head here and sign in. We’ll also email you as soon as your referral account is credited from a successful referral.

After your friend has gone through two successful payrolls (approx. 2 months). You will both be notified by email as soon as Remote has validated the payrolls.

Please note: If your friend does not complete two successful payrolls then unfortunately the referral will rejected.

Right now we are only able to offer this referral reward for our Employer of Record service. We are hoping to add more services in the future, so keep an eye out for that!

You cannot refer yourself. You can only refer new customers who haven’t yet signed up with Remote.

Your friend must have signed up to Remote & keep their service for at least 2 full invoice cycles (about 8 weeks) for you to be eligible for a reward.

Unfortunately, this offer is only open to current Remote customers.

Don’t panic – you can easily reset your referral account password. Just head here and click. “Forgot your referral password?” in the sign in area.

When a referral is valid, you will be informed by email that their reward is ready to be paid out. They can do so in a few easy steps:

• Click on the button in the email
• Log in to your referral account here
• Go to “Balance”
• Request a PayPal transfer
• Wait for the transfer, which takes up to 1-2 days.

Yes, you will need the referral code for the Employer of Record service, this lets us track the referral and know who to pay out the reward to. However, for the Contractor Management service, you can just use the referral link. You can’t call up to add it after you’ve already placed your order, so make sure you have it handy if you schedule a call.

On your dashboard, you’ll see one of the following status beside your rewards:

• - Pending – Your friend has signed up with Remote using your referral link or code.
• - Confirmed – Remote has validated the two-payrolls check and your reward is ready to be claimed.
• - Rejected – Your reward will show a rejected status if the conditions have not been met.

Claim up to $300 for referring per friend. Rewards are to be paid out only via PayPal. Rewards must be claimed within 12 months. You will be notified before your reward expires.

Estimated reward confirmation: after 2 succesful payroll runs.

This program is for existing customers of Remote only.

Aklamio is Remote’s referral program provider. They take care of the referral, advises you on questions related to the Referral Program and pays out your rewards. Registration is necessary so that your rewards can be correctly assigned. You can see the status of your referrals at any time by signing into your referral account.
